As the ice cream brand Cellato`s official website states, the item is referred to as gelato, hinting at Itlalian roots.
ギネス・ワールド・レコーズによると、同商品はイタリア・アルバ産の白トリュフ（キロ当たり２００万円）を使い、２種類のチーズと酒粕（さけかす）を合わせて食べられる金箔をあしらいました
According to Guiness World Records, the ice cream has 2 million yen`s worth of white truffles native to Alba, Italy along with two types of cheeses and sakekasu. It is also adorned with edible gold leaf.
