G7 and Australia agreed on $60 per barrel of crude oil from Russia

The G7 = seven major countries and Australia have announced that they have reached an agreement on the maximum amount to be set for the trading price of Russian crude oil.
On the 2nd, the G7 countries and Australia issued a joint statement stating that they had agreed to set the ceiling price of Russian crude oil at $60 per barrel = approximately ¥8,000.
It is said that it will be activated on the 5th as part of the sanctions to damage the revenue sources of Russia, which continues to invade Ukraine.
It also includes a prohibition on the provision of insurance, which is essential for marine transportation, if the price exceeds the upper limit.
Prior to this, the EU (European Union) made a similar announcement, and although it is in line with this, it is unclear whether the monitoring of whether the upper limit is being followed will work, and there are voices questioning its effectiveness.
