Hawaii Island volcanic eruption stops Alert level lowered

The eruption of the Mauna Loa volcano on the island of Hawaii, USA, which lasted for two weeks has stopped, and the alert level has been lowered.
The U.S. Geological Survey’s Hawaii Volcano Observatory announced on the 13th that the world’s largest volcano, Mauna Loa, has stopped erupting.
Sulfur dioxide emissions have fallen to near pre-eruption levels, and the number of earthquakes associated with the eruption has decreased significantly, so the alert level has been lowered.
The Mauna Loa volcano erupted on the 27th of last month for the first time in 38 years, and although there were concerns about the impact of lava reaching as close as 3 kilometers to the highway, there was no major damage to residential areas or tourist areas.
The Hawaii Volcano Observatory will continue to monitor for signs of resuming volcanic activity.
