Five-time world’s best restaurant Noma to close next year
世界のレストラン番付で首位を５度獲得したデンマーク首都コペンハーゲンのレストラン「ノーマ」が来年末に閉店します
The restaurant ”Noma” in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, which has won the top five rankings of the world’s restaurants, will close at the end of next year.
Since opening 20 years ago, the restaurant has been ranked number one on the ”World’s 50 Best Restaurants” five times, most recently in 2021.
Led by chef Rene Redzepi, the restaurant prepares dishes from locally sourced ingredients and has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide, which is known for rating restaurants.
After closing, it will be reborn as a ”huge laboratory” called ”Noma 3.0”
We plan to create opportunities to temporarily welcome guests even after the store is closed.
