総務省そうむしょうによると、去年きょねん、東京都とうきょうとに引ひっ越こしてきた人ひとは43万まん9787人にんでした

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, 439,787 people moved to Tokyo last year.

東京都とうきょうとからほかの所ところに出でていった人ひとは40万まん1764人にんでした

There were 401,764 people who left Tokyo for other places.

引ひっ越こしてきた人ひとのほうが約やく3万まん8000人にん多おおくなりました

About 38,000 more people have moved.

東京都とうきょうとの23区くでは、おととし初はじめて、出でていった人ひとのほうが多おおくなりました

In the 23 wards of Tokyo, for the first time in the last year, the number of people leaving has increased.

しかし、去年きょねんはまた、引ひっ越こしてきた人ひとのほうが約やく2万まん1400人にん多おおくなりました
