The 12th anniversary of the appointment of Larry the cat, the ”Chief Rattrap” of the British Prime Minister’s Office
On February 15, 2011, the cat Larry was appointed ”Chief Mouse Trap” at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Larry, who was a stray cat, came to the Prime Minister’s official residence with his ability to catch mice when he was being protected by an animal protection center.
It was the first time in history that a cat was given an official title.
